The fourth floor is the mum and dad of the urban weddings in Tel Aviv. Prior to the fourth floor, no one thought you could take space in south Tel Aviv, design it with large pictures, books and a few sofas and truly make people get married there with 250 guests…but since then, plenty of water has flown in the Yarkon river and the 4th floor has become an inspiration to dozen of places that tried to create themselves the same atmosphere of the 4th floor, not always successfully though.
